Dove shooting at its absolute best

< Back to Cast and Blast

The Argentine province of Cordoba is considered the dove shooting capital of the world. The one hundred square mile radius around Estancia Pica Zuro is annually inhabited by over forty million doves. Large covered porches front the lodge, and make the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail before dinner from the well-stocked bar. Exquisite local and international cuisine are accompanied by fine Argentine wine. After dinner coffee and aperitifs are served in the spacious living room.

After lunch siestas are an important part of the local culture and a great way to relax during the midday heat. You an also lounge by the swimming pool, or visit the game room for a shot at the pool table. Massages are available by appointment. This is also the perfect addition to a Patagonia fly-fishing trip, or an add-on to a Mendoza wine tour. Two- to six-day excursions are most common. Trips of any length are are available.
